WE are Touchwood Telecommunications do not believe that this is necessarily the appropriate approach for all companies and or individuals who wish to control their telecommunications systems and services, therefore we offer a facility which could be deemed as a halfway solution, you maintain your investment in equipment and contracted delivery of telecommunication services and Touchwood Telecom will manage it for you, undertaking the moves and changes on the Voice systems, Voice Network, Data Network and it components as well as undertake all moves and changes required within your structured cabling systems. We can offer you various options on this service, that being a pay as you go per "call out" or per "move, add or change", or the process that most customers prefer a given period (1 day, 2 days etc.) per week, month of resource on site to undertake all the moves and changes required within that period.
