Technical Business / Infrastructure Analysis - Touchwood Telecom can supply technical and infrastructure reviews to gather your business and users needs to assist in the appropriate selection of new systems and service, or to define the appropriate upgrades to your current systems; and

Supplier & Implementation Management - Touchwood Telecom offers Supplier and Implementation Management to supplement your current in house team or to act as your agent during system upgrades or new system installations taking the problems and issues from you allowing you to manage your day to day operations:
