Implementation Management
Touchwood Telecom offers Supplier and Implementation Management (IM) to supplement your current in house team or to act as your agent during system upgrades or new system installations taking the problems and issues from you allowing you to manage your day to day operations.
From the IM viewpoint Touchwood Telecom are able to undertake all the data collection required to enable the appropriate planning to be undertaken prior to any MAC (Move, Add or Change) minor or major.
In addition Touchwood Telecom can take the worry and concern out of your office relocations and internal moves, including managing all third parties provisioning, e.g. the local cable communications company or BT etc.
Touchwood Telecom have managed projects from single extension additions to multi-agent contact centres in the voice arena.
In the data arena Touchwood Telecom have managed the procurement and implementation of core and backbone network upgrades.
This management can be undertaken from your own premises or from ours whichever best suits the requirements for the project in hand.
