The main role of a Technical Business / Infrastructure Analyst is to understand, gather, agree, and fully document the user and or business requirements from first consideration through the life cycle to and including where appropriate final delivery
This role requires the ratification of all the business or end user requirements captured, or conversion of user solutions into true business requirements, then subsequently working closely with the client make an selection of a solution, or multiple solutions to meet the needs from within the portfolio of supply solutions, or working with the suppliers Technical Architects to determine a new solution as appropriate.
